The medium sized town of Casca is above the kingdom of Stok and below the kingdom of Rohant, solidly inside the Divorky Forest. As a result, the flourishing town is under no king. They don’t have the protection of a kingdom and its guards, and don’t get as much trade
The vae live in the northern part of the Kuls where the hot springs keep it mild and warm all year. Exotic trees and plants native only to the vae lands, flood this area.
